The role of enviromental management system toward employees performance. (Proceeding the 2016 International conference of management sciences)
ABSTRACT
The success rating of the corporate performance in environmental management (Proper program) are linked from the performance of employees in each corporate. The employee performance in environmental management is inseparable from the environmental management system implemented in the corporate. This study aimed to analyze the role of environmental management systems toward employee performance.
This research was conducted in the PG. Tasikmadu Karanganyar. Population and sample in this research were 55 respondents. The sampling technique census method. Data collection technique used observation and questionnaires.
Data analysis method used is the validity and reliability; classical assumption includes heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test and normality test; multiple regression analysis; hypothesis testing include t
test, F test and coefficient determination (R2).
The results showed that the environmental management system which includes the commitment, culture, corporate orientation and cost implementation significantly influence employee performance in PG. Tasikmadu Karanganyar.
